Change in our contract effective January 1st

We are making the following change to our portrait contract which covers our policies and procedures as of January 1st. FYI.

Current Portrait Contract Item #18:
18. Storage of images. Erika’s Photography archives all of our images. Your images will be stored and reorders are available. Reorders are subject to current price listings and a $50.00 retrieval fee more than 1 year has past since the images were taken. Initial here if you agree to this statement. ____________

As of January 1st:
18. Storage of images. Due to limited file storage capacity, all unordered images may be purged after a period of 30 days from the preview session. Erika’s Photography archives all ordered images; therefore, these images will be stored and reorders are available. Reorders are subject to current price listings and may be subject to a $50.00 retrieval fee. Initial here if you agree to this statement. ____________
