You have to meet Heather...

who is my new assistant. She just started last week. She is a Mom of 2 kids: a boy and a girl. One is a pre-teen and the other is a teenager.

This is a completely new field for her....she is use to working as a preschool teacher. But, she will get situated very soon and I'm sure she will catch on quickly. As you can imagine, she is good with young children....a must in my business!

I think that you'll love her! Hopefully, She will let me do a portrait of her....and maybe even her family...so that I can post it.

Jennifer was in for her maternity portraits recently and we had a lot of fun during the session! Her husband was there for the beginning, but couldn't have been more antsy to get out of my studio! LOL! Honestly, it wasn't because I was picking on him....He HATES...I REALLY MEAN... HATES his picture taken. But, we did end up getting him to do a few portraits. Jennifer kept saying that she wasn't a model and that I needed to just put her the way I wanted her....but, these came out FANTASTIC! Jennifer, I can't wait for you to see all of them. You are going to love how they turned out! Here are just a few:

Ronda & Michael's Family Portraits

This past weekend I did a family session for Ronda's family. She had brought Lila in several weeks ago and now it was time for a family portrait. We did the shoot at Winthrop Lake and it was a little bit cooler than it had been....So, a perfect morning for pictures. Here are a few of my favorites:

Ayden is growing up!

Ayden was my very first session in the studio back when he was only 4 months old. I recently did his 18 month session and just designed this collage for his Mom featuring a picture from each of his last 4 sessions....look how much he has grown! Ahhh!!

Gymnist/Collage Grad/Bridal/Sister Session :)

We definately had a lot to capture during Miranda & Kayleigh's recent session. These sisters are incredible young ladies! This session was JAM PACKED! There was so much to capture...Collage grad photos for Kayleigh as well as formal bridal portraits....Miranda's Gymastics' images....and sister images as well.
