Attention Juniors - Class of 2009!

Make sure you either subscribe to our blog or watch the blog frequently after the first of the year! We will be announcing the start of the application process for our Senior Ambassador program! We would like to have our Senior Ambassadors selected for the 2009 School year by the end of February 2008.

What is our Senior Ambassador program?

It is an opportunity for Juniors who will be graduating in the Class of 2009 in the Rock Hill/Charlotte area to earn FREE CUSTOM SENIOR PORTRAITS!! I conduct several complimentary mini-sessions for my Senior Ambassadors throughout the year starting in the spring of 2008. You will receive die cut wallets to distribute and use to advertise to your peers. You recieve print credit for each wallet that is redeemed! It's that simple...just talk about my services to your friends and hand out your own pictures!

How do you become a Senior Ambassador?

All of our Senior Ambassadors are selected through an application process. After the first of the year, the information you need to e-mail to me will be posted on the blog along with the announcement that we are now taking applications. We will select our Senior Ambassadors from those applications. We hope to have all of our Senior Ambassadors selected by the end of February 2008 so that we can begin our Senior Ambassador sessions in March & April.

"WEB"'s 3 month pictures!

No Christmas gifts here...so, I can post a few from "WEB"'s 3 month session. He wouldn't sleep a wink for his newborn shoot, but had no problem sleeping through the whole middle of this session. But, it produced some incredible images!! Here are a few:

Christmas Blog neglect!

I just wanted to post and say that I'm sorry that my blog is getting a little neglected. Most of the Sessions I have been doing are Christmas gifts for someone and so I am waiting to post the pictures on my website & blog until after Christmas. I'll be busy updating on the 26th! :)

2008 Price List

Our 2008 Price List will be out shortly and will go into effect as of January 1st, 2008. Make sure to place orders soon if you would like to use the current 2007 price list!

Change in our contract effective January 1st

We are making the following change to our portrait contract which covers our policies and procedures as of January 1st. FYI.

Current Portrait Contract Item #18:
18. Storage of images. Erika’s Photography archives all of our images. Your images will be stored and reorders are available. Reorders are subject to current price listings and a $50.00 retrieval fee more than 1 year has past since the images were taken. Initial here if you agree to this statement. ____________

As of January 1st:
18. Storage of images. Due to limited file storage capacity, all unordered images may be purged after a period of 30 days from the preview session. Erika’s Photography archives all ordered images; therefore, these images will be stored and reorders are available. Reorders are subject to current price listings and may be subject to a $50.00 retrieval fee. Initial here if you agree to this statement. ____________
